All bookings made before 9:00PM must be paid on the same day. Unpaid bookings will be REJECTED at the end of the day, and slots will be released to waitlist or reopened for others to book.
By booking our Services as a Customer, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions set by The Smash City.
Open Play Bookings
Check carefully and ensure you are booking for the correct date. Open Play bookings will open two weeks before the actual session. No cancellation may be done once booking has already been paid.
